We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Below you will find detailed information about our return and exchange policies.

Return conditions:

1. Return period:

   • You have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 calendar days .
     
     

2. Condition of goods:

   • The goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories .
     
     

3. Refund:

   • After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund your money within 14 calendar days using the same method of payment.
     
     

4. Return costs:

   • The shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective product or incorrect goods).

Procedure for returning goods:

1. Contact us:

   • Write an email to our customer support: help @ammon.store with the subject "Return" , the order number and a list of returned goods.
     
     

2. Sending goods:

   • Please send the goods by registered mail to the following address:

3. Confirmation and refund:

   • Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will notify you and initiate the refund.

Exchange conditions:

1. Exchange for a different size or color:

   • If you wish to exchange the goods, write to help @ammon.store with the subject "Exchange" and include the order number, desired size or color.
     
     

2. Replacement costs:

   • The customer pays the shipping costs in both directions unless the exchange is due to our fault .

Exceptions:

1. Goods that cannot be returned:

   • For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
     • swimsuits , underwear , socks , earrings .
       
       

2. Goods on sale or discount:

   • Goods purchased on discount or sale can be returned according to legal conditions (within 14 days), but cannot be exchanged .
